The cornerHOUSE is holding an extra audition for its festival of oneACT plays.

The oneACTS 2016 features nine new plays by talented local writers some serious, some funny, some both.

The plays are only 15 to 30 minutes long, which means that it’s a great opportunity to be involved in a show without a heavy time commitment.

The open audition will take place at the arts centre in Douglas Road, Surbiton, on Saturday, February 27 at 11am. The festival itself will run at the cornerHOUSE from Monday, May 9 to Saturday, May 14.

Child actors: There are no parts in this year’s oneACTS for child actors i.e. anyone who is of compulsory school age (16 and under up to and including Year 11). If you are in the sixth form or have left school then you are eligible to audition.
